Wrong diagnosis

If you have been referred to a hospital by your GP, your condition should be diagnosed in a time frame appropiate to the seriousness of your condition.

If the clinicians and doctors diagnosed you wrongly or unreasonably delayed the diagnosis of your condition, then you may have a Wrong Diagnosis Claim.

Issues of misdiagnosis are mistakes by clinicians, but you, as the sufferer should be able to get justice and at the very least an explanation and apology from the hospital trust or department responsible.
