As a taxpayer, you are entitled to a professional level of service from your healthcare professional. If the treatment that you are given falls below professional standards or is the incorrect treatment for your ailment, and that leads to a further injury, long-term illness or loss of earnings, then you could be eligible to make an A&E Incorrect Treatment Claim.
