Let's go!

Care home workers have a legal duty to provide a reasonable standard of care to their patients and to act in ways that protect their safety. A duty of care exists when it could reasonably be expected, that a person’s actions, or failure to act might cause injury to another person.

On occasion, this duty of care is not upheld and loved ones are neglected. This can manifest in mental and physical abuse and be as simple as a lack of sanitary care. Respect for human life must be observed at all stages of life. If you feel that your relative is being neglected, or has passed and was neglected then our expert legal team will try and get you the justice you deserve. This is not necessarily in a monetary form, our legal experts will try and pursue those who are neglecting your loved ones in a criminal court, to prevent them from causing pain to others.

Our friendly team are on hand 9am – 9pm 7 days a week to answer any questions and help you achieve the justice that you deserve. Please don’t hesitate to call on 0800 612 4970
