If your baby has suffered from Erb’s palsy at the fault of the medical professionals then you may be eligible to make a Birth Injury Claim.

Erb’s palsy will result in your baby having nerve damage to their arm and shoulder and can be a long-term condition.

We have a female-only response team which deals only with gynaecological and birth injury issues. To speak to one of our experts ask to speak to “SALLY”, and you will be transferred over to one of our female experts who will assess your claim.
