If your child has cerebral palsy from birth and it was due to sub-standard care from medical professionals, during the birthing process, then you may be able to make a claim against the medical provider.

Our aim is to make a claim for “a provision of a good life”. There is no amount of money that can be justified as compensation for the injuries to your child. However, the health authority must be made to be accountable and your child should be provided for for the rest of their life, and able to live to the best possible standard.

We have a female-only response team which deals only with gynaecological and birth injury issues. When you call ask to speak to “SALLY”, and you will be transferred over to one of our female experts who will assess your claim.

Issues of gynological negligence are mistakes by clinicians, but you as the sufferer should be able to get justice and an explanation and apology from the hospital trust or department responsible.
